Return Policy

The results will vary greatly from person to person due to several factors including; skin color, hair color, hair growth cycles, frequency of use and how your body responds to IPL. We at Rejuvenate-Skincare-Co are convinced that you will achieve fantastic results at home, but if not, we offer a 90-day money back guarantee so you can have smooth, hairless skin without worries! Read more about it here.

Rejuvenate-Skincare-Co   has a 12-month product warranty for anything that may go wrong with your IPL.

If your product is defective and you need to replace, follow these instructions:

Take a clear video of the error
Email Support hello@rejuvenateskincareco.com  with an opinion about the defect and your video attached
Once you have approved, send the product back according to the instructions with all content as it came with
A replacement of your product will be processed when we have received the defective
You have 12 months to order a warranty application from the date you ordered.

Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for return.

To return your product, 

How to use:

  1. Go to the nearest postal agent and ask to send a return.
  2. Send the return to the address: Norra industrigatan 5, 274 30 Skurup.
  3. The package must be marked "Rejuvenate-Skincare-Co  (color of the IPL) Return OGOSHIP".
  4. Make sure your name, address and phone number are included.
  5. NOTE. It is important that the shipment is traceable !!
  6. The customer is responsible for all possible shipping costs that are added.

 

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, it may take different time before your exchanged product reaches you.

Consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on non-defective items. We also do not offer refunds for a changed opinion. If you want to change the color of a product and the packaging has not been open and is in its original condition, you can email us to arrange an exchange. Postage costs on returning and sending the order are not covered by Rejuvenate-Skincare-Co .

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once an order has gone into production, it will not be refunded.

If items are faulty or damaged, we can help arrange a replacement.
